Logging in
You'll receive a login link via email when you're approved as a partner. Click the link or go to app.trcker.io/login and use your email address. You can log in with your password or request a magic link sent to your email.
Your dashboard
After logging in, you'll see your partner dashboard with:
- Total earnings for the last 30 days
- Key metrics — Clicks, Conversions, Conversion Rate (CVR), Earnings Per Click (EPC)
- Payout status — Pending, Approved, and Paid amounts
- Per-offer breakdown — Performance by offer, sorted by earnings
Getting your tracking links
Scroll down to the Tracking Links section. Each offer you're assigned to has a unique tracking link. Click the copy button to grab it.
Your tracking links look like:
https://app.trcker.io/api/r/brand-name/offer-name?via=your-slug
Adding sub-IDs
You can append sub-IDs to track where your traffic comes from:
https://app.trcker.io/api/r/brand-name/offer-name?via=your-slug&sub1=facebook&sub2=ad-123
Sub-IDs appear in your reports so you can see which campaigns or placements perform best. You can use up to 5 sub-IDs (sub1 through sub5).
Setting up your postback
If you have your own tracking system, go to Settings in the navigation. Enter your postback URL with macros:
https://your-tracker.com/postback?clickid={click_id}&payout={payout}&txnid={conversion_id}
Available macros:
| Macro | Description |
|-------|-------------|
| {click_id} | The original click ID |
| {conversion_id} | Trcker's conversion ID |
| {payout} | Your payout amount in dollars |
| {amount} | The revenue amount |
| {event} | Event type (sale, lead, etc.) |
| {txn_id} | The advertiser's transaction ID |
| {sub1} through {sub5} | Your sub-ID values |
Click Send Test to verify your postback URL is working before going live.

Checking your earnings
Your dashboard shows earnings in three categories:
- Pending — Conversions waiting for the hold period to pass
- Approved — Conversions confirmed and ready for payout
- Paid — Conversions that have been paid out
The Recent Conversions table at the bottom shows your latest activity with status badges for each conversion.
Resources
If the brand has uploaded promotional materials (banners, copy, landing page links), you'll find them under Resources in the navigation.
