Adding Partners

Two ways to add partners

Trcker gives you two options depending on how you want to manage recruitment:

  1. Manual — You add partners yourself from the dashboard
  2. Application page — Partners apply through a public URL, you approve or reject

Option 1: Add a partner manually

From your brand dashboard, go to Partners and click + Add Partner.

You only need to fill in:

  • Partner Name — Their company or individual name
  • Email — Optional, but needed if you want them to receive onboarding emails

Trcker auto-generates a URL slug from their name. Click Add Partner and they're live.

Option 2: Enable partner applications

Go to Settings and toggle Accept partner applications. This gives you a public URL:

Share this link on your website, in outreach emails, or on social media. When someone applies:

  1. They fill out a simple form (name, email, optional website and promotion method)
  2. They agree to your Terms of Service
  3. You see them in your Partners list with a pending badge
  4. Click Approve or Reject

Approved partners automatically receive a welcome email with their tracking link and setup instructions.

Auto-approve

If you don't want to manually review every application, enable Auto-approve partners in Settings. New applicants are instantly approved and receive their onboarding emails right away.

Assigning partners to offers

After adding a partner, go to the offer detail page and assign them. You can set per-partner payout overrides if some partners get different rates.

Partner onboarding emails

When a partner is added or approved, Trcker automatically sends:

  1. Welcome email — Introduces them to the program with their tracking link
  2. Tracking setup email — Explains click URL format and postback configuration
